Christopher Dearlove BA(Hons), FRICS
With a wealth of knowledge in property and construction acquired over 30 years Chris brings clarity and enthusiasm to problem solving. His focus on ‘creative solutions, effectively delivered’ is well known.
Chris’s extensive experience ranges from design and development, surveys and defect diagnosis, project management and expert consultancy services. He has written articles, lectured on technical subjects and sat on various RICS committees.
Always a passionate and proficient golfer, in 2003 Chris took a sabbatical and re-entered full time education at the University of Birmingham and in 2006 graduated with a BA (Hons) in Applied Golf Management Studies. He describes this time away from his chosen career as a period of ‘enlightening self-assessment’, and returned with greater energy.
His thirst for knowledge continues on a daily basis.
